NOTICE OF ELECTION
To the Registered Voters of Tri-County Special Utility District
of Falls, Limestone, McLennan, and Robertson Counties
Notice is hereby given an election will be held within the district on Saturday, May 2, 2026 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for the purpose of electing three members to the Board of Directors of the Tri-County Special Utility District. The polling place will be at the Tri-County S.U.D. office located at 5212 Highway 7 East in Marlin, Falls County, Texas.
Tri-County S.U.D. will be taking applications for a place on the ballot January 14, 2026 through February 13, 2026 ending at 5:00 PM. For applications and more information, call the office at 254-803-3553.
